For Our Patients
To our patients and their families,
Our mission at Mercy Christian Health continues to be to show and share the love and mercy of Jesus Christ by providing compassionate, affordable and excellent healthcare to our community.
During the pandemic, we have been praying for you and caring for your healthcare needs. We are resuming in-office well visits for all ages starting June 1, 2020. We are continuing to be available for telemedicine visits for ill or injured children and for mental health concerns.
Your health is of great importance to us. We are here for you and are committed to keeping you safe while you get the medical care you need. We are following CDC regulations to keep our office clean and safe. We are a COVID free facility. We will see only healthy children with only one healthy parent or guardian in the office, while continuing to care for ill children via telemedicine. Our staff have implemented rigorous cleaning procedures, will wear protective gear, and will schedule appointments to keep the number of families in the office low.
We ask that you log onto the patient portal, print and complete the Review of Systems form and the Social Needs Assessment and bring them to your visit. The patient portal can be found at https://15084.portal.athenahealth.com/. When you arrive in the parking lot for your appointment, please call our office (734) 572-8686. While you wait in your car, we will complete your registration and ask COVID screening questions. When your room is available, we will escort you in, take everyone’s temperature, and provide hand sanitizer. We ask that everyone older than 3 years wears a mask the whole time they are in our building. We will have hand sanitizer available for you to use when you leave.
Please call today to schedule your children’s visits for well child preventive care and immunizations, chronic disease management, and telemedicine visits for ill children and teens and mental health care.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
